1. Product Usage

The heaters sold by Animal Lamps are intended solely for the purpose specified in the product instructions. Customers are required to follow all usage guidelines provided with the product. Animal Lamps is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from improper use or application of the heaters. Use of the heaters for purposes not explicitly stated by Animal Lamps is at your own risk.

2. Liability

Animal Lamps shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our heaters, including but not limited to, damage or injury to animals, personnel, or property. The customer acknowledges that they are responsible for the safe and appropriate use of the product.

3. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a refund for heaters within 30 days of receipt of their order, provided that the product is returned unopened and in its original packaging. This policy is in place due to sanitary reasons and biosecurity concerns, particularly to prevent cross-contamination among different environments, such as barns. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Biosecurity Compliance

Our heaters are not to be transferred between different barns or similar environments to prevent biosecurity risks. Customers should adhere strictly to this policy to ensure the health and safety of their animals.

5. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing our heaters, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our products.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Animal Lamps reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify customers of any changes by updating the terms on our website. Your continued use of our heaters after changes to the terms signifies your acceptance of those changes.
